What happens after the free trial?
Stripe charges the cadence you selected unless you cancel through Account → Billing before the trial ends. The checkout page shows the exact amount and renewal interval before you confirm.
Can a Whole Church owner read every member's sermons or reflections?
No. Membership manages seats and roles. Sermons, resources, profiles, Studio projects, journals, and reflections remain private unless the member explicitly grants a supported sharing scope.
Does Preacher Pro include Salt & Light for my whole family?
No. Preacher Pro includes one Sermon Analyzer license and one Salt & Light license for the subscriber. Preacher Pro + Family adds household Salt & Light seats; family members receive only the product license the administrator assigns.
What do the AI allowances mean?
Allowances count model input and output tokens used by analysis, coaching, and Studio generation. Provider-heavy activity may be rate-limited for reliability; usage resets monthly.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. The Stripe customer portal manages cancellation and payment methods. Plan changes may be completed through support while self-service switching is expanded.
